My third Blanche Barrel Bag, pattern is from www.swoonpatterns.com. As always I have difficulty sewing the side panels of the bag due to the thickness going on in there and so some piping stitches are showing, and so I have to resew it plenty of times. And by doing that I have to increase the seam allowance of the lining because it appears to be much more bigger than the exterior fabric. So hopefully this will have a new owner soon now that Christmas if fast approaching.

Exterior fabric has been bought at Stoffenspektakle, faux leather is at Tissus du Chien Vert, lining is from Coton Urbain, soft&stable and D rings are at Muikemies, fusible interfacing, rivets, zippers, bias tape, swivel clasp and cords are at Chamick/Veritas. I used embroidery thread to topstitch the faux leather and used triple stretch stitch here and added a tassel to be much more fancier.

A Brooklyn Handbag, pattern is from www.swoonpatterns.com. My first time to make this cute bag, materials I used here are from my stash like exterior fabric is from Stoffenspektakle, faux leather from Tissus du Chien Vert, lining is from Coton Urbain, soft&stable from muikemies, interfacing from Chamick and metal accessories are either from veritas, muikemies, ebay or stoffe.de. Everything seems to be okay to sew for me the only difficulty I encounter are sewing the exterior bottom panel  and to attach the side clip connector on the bag because of the stitches seen from the outside maybe next time I have to shorten the length of the stitches and to lessen the folds of the faux leather.

Ah, finally now everything that my cousin asks are finish! Whewww it took some months before everything is done. And now I have to add some freebies, shhhh be quiet, actually she doesn't know of the contents of my freebies for her. Anyway, as always its hard to sew on the thickness of all the fabric, faux leather, soft&stable and interfacings that will pass on my sewing machine, I am just scared it my break my machine although I change a lot of needles due to well breaking.

This Lilium Laptop Bag is just the same as the previous one that I made, I would say they are sisters, they differ in the faux leather and thread colour, and also this is the time I made the shoulder pads for both which I would say I am not good at bias binding. These bag and shoulder pads are both pattern of www.sewsweetness.com
